Ingredients
8-10Fresh Strawberries
½CupWhole Milk Greek Yogurt
¼CupHeavy Whipping Cream
1-3TablespoonsHoney
1TeaspoonSugar
Instructions
Slice or dice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar, set aside
Combine yogurt and honey, mix well
Whisk heavy cream until thickened but no peaks have formed
Smash strawberries
Pour cream into the yogurt and fold to combine
Add strawberries and fold to combine
Spoon mixture into popsicle molds
Put in freezer until solidified
Notes
Add strawberries to half of the yogurt/cream mixture and alternate spooning into molds for a two-toned effect.Slice a few strawberries and slide them in on the sides of the mold after adding the popsicle mix for pretty popsicles.
