MEAL PLANNING ADDICT

I’ll admit it, I’m a Meal Planner addict!  Who’s with me?  I don’t know about you, but I also LOVE stationary!  Nice Pens, Cute Post it notes, and most of all NOTEBOOKS…. I have so many, and almost none of them full, except of course the ones I use for Meal Planning, those are well loved, dog eared treasures with a splash of this or that on it from being in the kitchen with me.

Now of course I love to use Pinterest and food blogs for ideas and inspiration and I have subscribed to different meal planning sites,  but sometimes I like to mix things up and I still always find myself hunting for an organized way to track what I’ve actually decided on.    That’s where the idea for these Meal Planner Freebies came from.  I need to be organized.

Are you new to Meal Planning?  or looking for a good plan to try?  Or just want to get a FREE WEEK of meal plans with a shopping list?   Just click on the link below, and try the Family Fave’s Meal plan free for a week from Menu Planning Central.   They’re adding a Healthy Eating in under 30 Minutes plan too soon!   or Try the 5 Dinners in 1 Hour Meal Prepping System for 2 weeks for just $2.00.  You’ll get 10 different recipes to work with from both their clean eating and classic plans, customizable shopping list, prepping instructions and cooking day directions.

How to organize Meal Plans?

I’ve tried various systems, notebooks, apps, websites, spreadsheets, and printables over the years.   I have never quite found the perfect solution, but I did discover that I NEEDED to have a good old fashioned written down list.  While I’m sure there are good ones out there,  I wanted one that was cute and colourful, so this is what I came up with!

Love on a Plate Weekly Meal Planner Printable

Once the Weekly Meal Planner was done, I of course wanted one for the month, that matched, so that I could be SURE I wasn’t making the same things over and over… not that it’s likely to happen, but ya’ never know!    I’ll confess, that I AM one of those people that prefers not to have the same protein two nights in a row, or the same dish two consecutive weeks in a row… my husband thinks it must be hard to be me sometimes *lol*   Annnnyways, here’s the Monthly Meal Planner Printable.

  1. I like your Weekly Meal Planner the best of all the planner pages that I’ve looked at.. My only issue is that it starts with Monday instead of Sunday. Would you please create a planner where Sunday is at the top of the week instead of the bottom and offer it as a printing option or make the current page editable?
My grocery shopping is done on Friday nights, so, to start the planner with Saturday , Sunday then Monday would flow better.

I hope to hear from you soon!
    Thank you,
    Mary Scott
