WW Turkey Taco Casserole

Who doesn’t love a Taco Casserole? Tex Mex food frequently appears on my meal plans.  The kids love the flavours, I love the simplicity.  Even when you’re trying to watch your calories, you can still enjoy a delicious meal.   Try this WW Turkey Taco Casserole, no one will know the difference.

Glass Casserole dish topped with chopped lettuce, tomato, green onions and cilantro. Filling is ground turkey, black beans and corn.

All the flavours you are used to in a Taco casserole, but slimmed down with the use of ground turkey and low fat cheddar cheese. Add in black beans for fibre, and top with lots of crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes no one will be able to tell that this is a “skinny” version.
