My kids are on their week long break in between exams and boy can they EAT! January Meal Plan Week 4 is designed to be a more casual, kid friendly, easy to cook meal plan week.
I always make a soup, and this week’s is a new one that’s amazing, I can’t wait for you to try it. We always have Pizza or Sliders on Fridays, but since this feels like a week of Fridays, I’ve got BOTH on the menu.
The sliders are for grab and go lunches throughout the week when I’m not home. Instant Pot Spareribs are Sunday dinner with delicious Mashed Red Potatoes. Spaghetti, definitely a nice easy dinner for Tuesday where no one eats at the same time. I’m making it ahead and they can just reheat it.
Tex Mex Chicken Burrito Bowls are for dinner Wed, and turn those into Taquitos to go with the Chili.

- Soup of the Week: Buffalo Chicken Soup
- Sun: Instant Pot Spare Ribs
- Mon: Sheet Pan Sausage & Roasted Vegetables
- Tue: Moms Spaghetti
- Wed: Tex Mex Burrito Bowls
- Thu: Instant Pot Chili
- Friday: Cheesy Italian Sliders
- Clean out the Fridge!
